ROAD REPAIR WORK ON MAIN & QUEEN June 8 – June 22, 2020
Project Details:
Pave-Tar on behalf of the City of Brampton will be conducting repairs on Main St and Queen St, between the dates of June 8, 2020 to June 22, 2020.
These repairs will include work such as: Road
Asphalt patch repairs, Curb replacement, Sidewalks utility restorations, Catch Basins and Maintenance Hole repairs.

Justification of Works:
City staff have determined that isolated sections of Main St. and Queen St., require preventative maintenance repairs to mitigate further deterioration. Works will be limited to isolated areas identified in Figure A.
Response to COVID-19:
All current Regional, Provincial and Federal Public Health and Safety policies, procedures and protocols will apply and be observed at all times.
Driveway & Laneway Access
Driveway/Laneway access may be interrupted; however, this inconvenience will be kept to a minimum.
Parking
George Street Surface Parking Lot and Nelson Square Parking Facility are available for public use free of charge until further notice.
All efforts will be made to ensure the impact to on-street parking, during construction, are kept to a minimum. All parking signs and regulations must be obeyed when parking. Vehicles impeding construction will be tagged and towed by the City’s Parking Enforcement. Please contact 311 if you have any questions or concerns.
Network Outages
Due to the nature of the work, it is common for network outages to occur on telephone, cable and/or internet services. Please note that any outages that are discovered Monday to Friday between 7 am and 3:30 pm can be reported to the City of Brampton at 311. Outages discovered outside of these times should be reported to your service provider.
