The Hive Performing Arts presents, Manto a series of theatrical shorts that expose the brutal truth of a society that was at its demonic best after the partition of India & Pakistan. Directed by Jimish Thakkar, this live theatre production presents a combination of high emotion and taut narratives from an author who was considered one of the most controversial writers of his time, Saadat Hassan Manto.
After a sold-out run at Mississauga Multilingual Fringe Festival 2021, Manto reprises at The Rose Brampton and will be performed in a combination of Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi & English.
