My name is Crystal McCoy. I am a registered massage therapist and the owner of Essential Massage & Wellness Clinic.
My journey began in 1999 when my youngest child was born very ill. I had found myself a single mother of three children all under the age of five and working a demanding job in sales and marketing.
I made the decision to quit my job and stay home to take care of my sick baby and my two other children.
I had always had a passion to become a sports injury therapist but that would require world travel. So, in 2000 I enrolled into the massage therapy program at Centennial College, placed my children in the hands of an amazing care team at the YMCA, and the rest is history!

I am honored and humbled by all the support I have received over the past 20 years.
COVID especially was a very difficult time for everyone. And as neighbors and colleagues found themselves closing their doors, I was blessed with abundant support and concern from my clients and community. This has allowed me to be here today!
I cannot begin to express my appreciation and gratitude to everyone for their continued patronage and referrals.
I am proud to say that today, my clinic consists of three independent, professional woman who have so much amazing experience and passion for helping people live happier and healthier lives!
