Downtown Brampton Easter Egg Hunt 2022

The Easter Egg Hunt Downtown Brampton on April 16, 2022 was a community success! As one of the first major events organized by the businesses after pandemic restrictions eased, the area saw over 2500 people visiting from Brampton and beyond. More than 850 children were registered for the event, with hundreds more turning up on the day to join the festivities.

With the support of Polaris Dental, Kennedy Road Church, and Nestle Canada, children had the chance to collect a map of treat locations (participating businesses), meet with the Easter Bunny, dance to music provided by DJ Jonathon Shaw, take a family photo at the photo booth, visit with Brampton Fire firefighters, check out the inside of an ambulance and more!

Over 20 downtown businesses provided free treats to little visitors including: Baci Gifts, RaPizza, Polaris Dental, Lot 25 Restaurant, Hooper’s Pharmacy, AMA Academy of Martial Arts, Stephan’s Furs, Restyle Beauty Boutique, Dolcezza Custom Cakes, Perpetual Bazaar, Flowertown Laundry, Journey Thrift, Roots Community Services, Segovia Coffee Co., Beaux-Arts Brampton, Brampton Denture & Wellness, Dragon World Games, Mi Churros, PAMA, and Pizzanini.

What some of our guests had to say about the event:

“I would like to take the time to thank you for throwing the Easter scavenger hunt today. My kids loved it, and I absolutely loved going into many different places I have never been in before and will definitely be going back to many places!!” – Ashley D.

“Thank you so much for organizing this fantastic event. As a result of the egg hunt, we got to see some interesting businesses downtown that I never even knew existed! We’ll be sure to return to some of the new discoveries we’ve just made!” – Esra H.

“Very organized, started on time, business[es] were so kind and generous. We already have a list of places we want to order food from next time.” – Apryl C.
