Big changes are coming to downtown #Brampton! Starting September 1, the Nelson Square Parking Garage and George Street Surface Lot will permanently close to make way for the future Centre for Innovation (CFI). This exciting new development will become a cornerstone of Brampton’s Innovation District, bringing education, entrepreneurship and digital creativity to life in the heart of our city. It will support local talent, grow businesses and contribute to a thriving economy for years to come.
While construction is underway, downtown remains open and accessible — and your favourite local shops, restaurants and services are ready to welcome you!
Additional parking is available nearby – with the first two hours, evenings and weekends free:
