Invitation to the Brampton LRT Extension Study Virtual Open House #2

by HDR, on behalf of the City of Brampton

You are invited to take part in the 2nd virtual Open House for the City of Brampton LRT Extension Study.

The City of Brampton is undertaking the study to review a Light Rail Transit (LRT) Extension from the Brampton Gateway Bus Terminal at Main Street and Steeles Avenue to the Brampton GO Station within the City of Brampton.

The study corridor is identified below.

Having expressed your interest in being involved with the study, we would like to invite you to visit this open house and provide your feedback on this next phase of the project.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, following the advice of Ontario’s Chief Medical Officer of Health, engagement activities are being hosted in a virtual format. This Open House will be held online from Thursday, April 22, 2021 to Thursday, May 13, 2021 and can be viewed by following the link on our project website at http://brampton.ca/LRTExtensionStudy.

The purpose of this virtual open house is to provide an update on the work completed since the last Open House. The project team will present the findings of the business case, share the emerging preferred options and collect input from public and stakeholders on the evaluation of the short list options.
