We aim to know EVERYONE by name and take care of your kids they way you’d want them treated. Increasing self-esteem, positive self-imaging, building confidence and putting school education first are some of our main priorities. Alongside school education we also want our students to understand where different dances originate, so we also educate about the history of all our dance styles taught, up to the present day trendsetters and dance historians.
Our studio offers ballroom and Latin dance lessons – privates and groups- in Brampton. Art of Dance Center has been around for a decade and has 3 locations, two national and one abroad. As At The Barre Academy of Dance enters its first year, it brings with it a desire to impart to all its students the same love of dance that was at the heart of the studio that stood here for 44 years before it. The Alda Heniss School of Classical Ballet was committed to ensuring that each and every one of its students had the opportunity to grow and develop to their fullest potential in a warm and caring environment. It is our desire At The Barre to continue on with this same commitment of offering our students a non-competitive forum in which they, through the assistance of our experienced and dedicated staff, can achieve their dreams; whether that be to continue on to a professional career in dance or simply take with them a lifelong love for the art form.
